Delete Your Data via Voqi App

You can delete your account and all associated data immediately using the Voqi App. This is the fastest and most secure way to remove your information.

How to delete through the app:

  1. Tap your profile circle from any screen.
  2. Go to Manage Account under Account Management.
  3. Press the Delete Account button and follow the prompts.

If you no longer have access to the app or encounter any issues, please use the manual method described below.

How to request deletion

To request deletion of your account and associated data, please email us at support@voqiapp.com.

For faster processing, include the following in your email:

  • The email address associated with your Voqi account
  • Your name
  • Your platform (Android or iOS)
  • Your in-app user email (email shown in the app)
  • Any additional information that may help us locate your account

Note: For security and privacy reasons, we may email you back at the address on file to confirm the request before completing the deletion.

What will be deleted

  • Your Voqi account and authentication record
  • App data such as vocabulary lists, pronunciation practice data (including voice recordings), and preferences
  • Any other personal data stored in connection with your account, except as noted below

What may be retained

Certain records may be retained for legal, regulatory, fraud prevention, or security purposes, such as billing or tax records. Where retained, these are held only for the required period and then securely deleted.
